Overview
Contributed in building, maintaining and optimizing high-traffic web applications across Telnyx's platform. Worked on improving SEO, AEO, Core Web Vitals and search indexing optimizations across the main website.
Key Contributions
- Contributed to large-scale frontend migration from Next.js to latest and Stitches to Tailwind CSS for the main website
- Implemented GDPR compliant consent management using OneTrust for GTM and GA4
- CI/CD deployments to K8s pods with Jenkins across multiple clusters; container orchestration with Docker and ArgoCD
- Contributed in configuring alerting, SLIs and SLOs to ensure system reliability and uptime
- Participated in on-call rotation with a 15-minute SLA for resolving critical production incidents
- Set up and maintained end-to-end test suites to ensure platform stability across releases
- Adopted AI tooling and built an AI agent dedicated to automating regular operational tasks and responding during on-call incidents
